Weekly Meal Prep At A Glance

Thursday - Meal Plan Day

  • Read over the whole packet especially shopping list, crossing off what you already have.

  • Check pantry list for any ingredients you need to replenish and add them to shopping list

  • Think through other meals and snacks and add anything you need to shopping list.

Saturday - Shopping Day (ideally the day before Prep Day)

  • Go Shopping for ingredients or set up online order for delivery a day before meal prep.

  • Put away everything in groupings of when you’re going to need it

  • Wash all veggies and produce (except onions, potatoes and any prewashed produce) in vinegar water and store:

    • Lettuce, green onions and cilantro can be wrapped in kitchen towels and stored in produce drawer, stasher bag or large bowl. (I just throw them in the drawer wrapped in towel.)

    • Carrots, celery, radishes, peppers, etc. can be stored in a large bowl whole (After prepping you will store as noted)

    • Apples, citrus and any other sturdy fruit can be store on counter or in fridge

    • Berries should be dried on paper towels and store in a bowl with paper towel on top

    • Tomatoes should be stored on counter and never refrigerated for best flavor

Sunday (or whatever day works best for you)

Meal Prep Day – Follow the plan below as it is written in your Weekly Meal Plan Packet to maximize your time. All food will last for 4-5 days.
