Paleo/Whole30 - Whether you have chosen to “do” the Whole 30 to improve health and determine food sensitivities or adopted the Paleo plan as a lifestyle, you are more likely to stick with it if you have a variety of foods to eat. There are Basic Recipes with which I have included a “Now What?” section. This section provides variations on the basic recipe which will give you lots of choices for Paleo and The Whole 30 compliant meals. Some of the recipes included in this book:

  • Tortilla Espagnola with Romesco Sauce

  • Tostones with Chimichurri Sauce - Twice baked plantains

  • Zucchini Noodles with Pan Roasted Chicken Breast (Never cook dry chicken again!) and Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce (Dairy Free alternative to a favorite sauce)

  • Crispy Fish Taco Bowl (Coconut Cod, Chipotle Mayo variation from Awesome Homemade Mayo and Mango Pico and Lime Infused Onions over cauliflower rice or coleslaw)

  • Balsamic Syrup over roasted veggies or seasonal fruit (sounds weird but it's very good!)
